We had an issue that one of the flats wasn’t ready for us when we arrived, but Sarita was super responsive and dealt with this really quickly. Honestly
Couldn’t have asked more of the hosts. The flats were perfect for us. So quiet, had everything we needed and a good spot for exploring. Would happily stay here again next time we come to Birmingham.

It’s a very stylish, well decorated apartment. The self check in process was a breeze. The bed is super comfortable! Lovely outdoor area. Close to amenities. Very quick responses when I needed to message the host. Would definitely stay again :)
