Rental Policies

Short Stay Accommodation is dedicated to offering a secure, cozy, and pleasant stay for all our guests. Please remember that our properties are located in residential neighborhoods. We expect our guests to be courteous, respectful to neighbors, and to act in accordance with local rules and community standards. Kindly go over this Code of Conduct with everyone in your group.

Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM on the arrival date, and check-out is by 10:00 AM on the departure date. These times are STRICT. Departing after 10:00 AM may result in a fee equivalent to one night's stay. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged for an additional cost if requested 48 hours in advance. Early check-in allows up to 4 hours early access, while late check-out grants an extra 2 hours.

Cancellation Policy: Generally, cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival qualify for a full refund minus booking fees. Cancellations between 15 and 30 days prior will receive a 50% refund minus booking fees. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, only cleaning and pet fees will be refunded. Some properties may have specific cancellation terms, so always check the details for each property.

Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Any additional charges will be billed to the credit card on file. If you prefer to use a different card for extra charges, please contact us directly.

Noise Policy: We ask guests to be mindful of noise levels to respect neighbors' peace. Local noise ordinances apply, and loud sounds or music are not allowed. Quiet Hours are strictly enforced from 8 PM to 8 AM. Non-compliance can lead to immediate eviction without a refund. Properties may have external security cameras or noise monitoring devices. Tampering with this equipment is prohibited and will result in eviction without a refund.

Parking Rules: Please park only in designated spots like driveways or garages, and adhere to posted signs. Street parking is usually not permitted.

Pet Guidelines: Pet policies vary by property. Generally, pets must be over 12 months old, low-shedding, and under 30 lbs. Pets should not be left unattended as unfamiliar settings can cause stress-related behaviors. Service and emotional support animals are allowed in pet-friendly properties with prior approval from our team. The pet fee is $10 per pet, per night, with a maximum of two pets. Cats and other animals are not permitted.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed on our properties. If guests do smoke, it must be done off-property. Smoking on the premises will result in damage fees and a non-refundable $500 cleaning fee. Discovery of smoking during your stay will lead to eviction without a refund.

Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 25 years old to book a property. The primary guest who makes the reservation must also stay at the property and is responsible for all accompanying guests. ID verification is required for all bookings.

Lost and Found: We are not responsible for lost or left-behind items. If items are found, we will try to contact the guest. A $25 handling fee plus shipping costs will apply for returns. Unclaimed items after 30 days may be donated or disposed of.

Property Boundaries: Please respect the boundaries of the property and the privacy of neighbors. Even seemingly harmless activities, like children exploring, can cause issues with neighbors.
