With over twenty years of combined experience in the property industry, we have built a reputation for creating warm, welcoming homes, first for ourselves and then for our guests.
That passion for hospitality is what led us into short stays. We wanted to offer people somewhere genuinely comfortable across Birmingham and the West Midlands, whether they are visiting for a few days or settling in for a few months. Our team is always on hand to make your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

Our Properties
From a cosy one bedroom apartment to a spacious home that sleeps sixteen, there is something here for every kind of stay.
Larger Groups
Travelling with family, friends or a full team? Several of our properties are designed with larger groups in mind, with six, seven and even ten bedrooms available.
Everyone stays together under one roof, with space to spread out, a kitchen for group meals and parking for several cars. For most groups it works out far more comfortable, and better value, than splitting across multiple hotel rooms.

Contractor Stays
We welcome contractors, engineers and project teams throughout the year. Many of our guests are working at the NEC, at Jaguar Land Rover, at Birmingham Airport or on HS2 projects.
Our larger properties are particularly well suited to teams, with a bedroom each, a full kitchen, laundry facilities and free on site parking. We offer weekly and monthly rates, invoicing for company bookings, and discounts that improve the longer the project runs.
Monthly Stays
Whether you are relocating, between homes or working away for an extended period, our properties make a comfortable base for a longer stay.
Everything is fully furnished and ready to go, rates reduce the longer you stay, and cleaning and linen changes are included, so there is one simple figure to budget for.
Leisure Stays
Our properties are just as well suited to families, couples and groups of friends as they are to business guests. You will have a whole home to relax in, a kitchen for family meals, and the space to spend time together properly.
Cadbury World, Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery, Cannon Hill Park and the Sea Life Centre are all within easy reach of our city properties, and the Bullring and Grand Central are a short walk from our central apartments. Whether it is a weekend getaway or a longer holiday, we will help you find the right property and point you towards the best of what the city has to offer.

Book Direct
Other booking sites are a trusted way to reserve, but they add service and booking fees on top of the rate. Booking directly with us avoids those fees entirely.
No platform service fee is added at checkout, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Danny and Callum run the properties themselves, so any question about parking, arrival times or extending a stay is answered directly.
Send us your dates and the number of guests and we will price the full period rather than night by night.
Need more space than a single property offers? We are happy to arrange neighbouring homes for your group in one booking.
Landlords
We run our own homes across Birmingham and Solihull, and we can run yours the same way.

Check-in is from 4:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am at most of our properties. A few run from 3:00pm to 11:00am, and the listing will tell you which applies.
This varies by property, from two nights up to five, with the larger homes generally carrying the longer minimums. Do get in touch if your dates fall short and we will see what we can do.
Those sites are a trusted way to secure a reservation, but they charge additional service and booking fees. Booking directly with us avoids those fees, gives you our best available rate, and means you are dealing with us personally throughout.
All of our properties offer self check-in, either by secure lockbox or keycode. The code changes with every reservation, so you and your party are the only people with access. You will receive everything you need with your check-in instructions.
Free parking is available at most of our properties, either on site or immediately nearby. Arrangements do vary, so please check the listing or ask us before booking and we will confirm exactly what is available.
Some of our properties are happy to welcome dogs with prior approval. There is a fee of £50 per dog and a refundable damage deposit of £100, and dogs need to be under 20lbs. Please do ask us before booking. Trained service animals are welcome at all of our properties.
Yes, at most properties. The amount depends on the home, typically between £150 and £350. It is taken before check-in and refunded after your stay, provided no damage or additional cleaning is required.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside any of our properties. Several homes have a designated outdoor smoking area.
No. You have the entire property to yourself for the duration of your stay, and nobody else has access.
Yes, and they improve the longer you stay. Send us your dates and we will put together a quote for the whole period.
Absolutely. Our largest property sleeps sixteen, and if you need more than that we can arrange neighbouring homes and handle it all as a single booking.
Please call us on 07537 187004 as soon as you realise. If we find the item we will happily post it back to you for a handling fee plus postage, though we are unable to take responsibility for items left behind.
